Tiko Reynolds-Hausman Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations
Precinct 2

Tiko brings over 20 years of experience in community partnership development, program management, supply chain operations, and process improvement. As a leader in Precinct 2, she oversees essential services for the 1.3 million residents, including parks and recreation, senior and veteran support, transportation, economic development, and Precinct2gether. Tiko is also a Certified Business Mentor with SCORE Houston, a Board Director for the Downtown Development Authority, and serves on the Gulf Coast Economic Development District Committee of the Houston-Galveston Council. She is an alumna of Leadership Houston Class XXXII and graduate of the Center for Houston's Progress – Spring 2022 cohort.

Chara L. Bowie, MA, LPC-S Executive Director of Operations,
Precinct 2

With over 17 years at Harris County Precinct 2, Chara has spearheaded programs for youth, seniors, and veterans, overseeing critical divisions such as Healthcare & Social Services. She established the county's first Health Services division within a precinct, earning national recognition for the Access2Health initiative, which provides screening and preventative care to residents. A licensed professional counselor supervisor and registered play therapist, Chara possesses over 20 years of mental health expertise. She is also actively engaged in community service, serving on various boards and committees dedicated to improving health outcomes for minorities.

Chris Saddler Executive Director of Operations,
Precinct 2

Chris leads a team of 183 who manage10 community centers, 55 parks, and over 3,500 acres of parkland. With over 28 years of experience in parks and recreation, he excels in facilities management, project management, and budget oversight. Chris has introduced innovative programs like the Grow Tower initiative, providing fresh vegetables to underserved seniors, and Agents of Discovery, an interactive applicationthat enhances community engagement via smartphones. Chris is an alumnus of Leadership Houston Class XLII and is actively involved with TRAPS and NRPA park associations. He holds a Master’s in Park Administration and is committed to creating accessible, inclusive spaces. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and three grandchildren.

Tiffany is a dynamic leader specializing in professional development, operational efficiency, and organizational culture. With experience at Fortune 500 companies such as Capital One, Samsung, and Verizon, she has effectively delivered consulting and training programs that enhance business outcomes. In her role at Precinct 2, Tiffany oversees financial operations, aligning grants, expenses, and revenue with community initiatives. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Management and Community Development from Prairie View A&M University and is dedicated to fostering sustainable community impact through strategic leadership and tailored programs.

Karen Wolfe Executive Manager – Funding and Development Grants and Non-Profit,

Karen is an accomplished non-profit professional with a proven track record of securing over $10 million in funding for organizations in Houston and Los Angeles. Since joining Precinct 2 in 2019, she has driven revenue growth through donor engagement, corporate giving, and fundraising events. Her expertise in grant writing and cultivating major gifts has been vital to advancing Precinct2gether's mission. Previously, she served as Executive Director of Precinct2gether and has extensive experience in special events and public relations. Karen's dedication to creating positive societal change positions her as a key figure in the philanthropic community.

As a member of the Board, I will actively contribute to the leadership and governance of Precinct2gether. I will support the organization's mission by providing strategic guidance and oversight in collaboration with fellow board members. I commit to reviewing outcomes and metrics that evaluate our impact and regularly measuring our performance against those metrics.

I understand that as a board member, it is my responsibility to review agenda items and supporting materials prior to board and committee meetings. Additionally, I will actively participate in discussions regarding PRECINCT2GETHER's annual budget, audit reports, material business decisions, as well as assist in identifying potential new board members.

Furthermore, I pledge to represent PRECINCT2GETHER diligently by acting as an ambassador for the organization among stakeholders. It is important for me to ensure that PRECINCT2GETHER maintains a diverse board and staff that reflects the communities we serve.

In line with PRECINCT2GETHER's expectation for philanthropic support from its Board Members, I commit to making an annual gift that reflects my capacity. This contribution will enable PRECINCT2GETHER to confidently seek contributions from foundations, organizations, and individuals who share our vision.
