John Hernandez Senior Vice President,
Amegy Bank

John leads business and community development for Amegy Bank's Galleria Commercial Lending Team and is the founding Chair of the bank’s DEI Hispanic Business Resource Group. With over 35 years in banking, he has served diverse businesses and communities in Houston. His current roles include Vice Chairman of the Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation and Board President of Precinct2gether. He convened the Harvey Recovery Leadership Group and is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum. John holds a BBA from the University of Houston-Downtown and is married to Dr. Margo Melchor.

Miguel Adame Trial Lawyer and Managing Partner,
Adame Garza, LLP

As a bilingual trial lawyer, Miguel prides himself on successfully representing English- and Spanish-speaking clients. He graduated from the University of Houston in 2000 and earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2003. He founded his law firm in 2005 and has been recognized as one of Houston’s Top Lawyers by Houstonia Magazine since 2020. He was also selected to the Texas Super Lawyers List from 2017 to 2018. Outside the office, Miguel participates in community events through the Houston Bar Association and hosts fundraisers for Juan Jr.’s Army. He, his wife, and their two children are active members of St. Rose of Lima.

Silvia Mintz is a seasoned attorney and founder and principal attorney at the Law Office of Silvia Mintz. Her career is marked by a strong commitment to client advocacy and community engagement, including a significant role in HBA Night Court, a fundraising event for the Houston Bar Association’s charitable initiatives. Silvia holds a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Saint Thomas. With a strong foundation in both legal practice and community service, Silvia continues to make a positive impact in the legal arena and beyond.

Darrell Morrison, PE Civil Engineer,

In his job as a civil engineer, Darrell provides infrastructure planning, design, and construction management throughout Harris and surrounding counties. He has served as Councilmember with the City of Pasadena and as Chairman of the Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC). He currently serves as a Commissioner with the Houston Pilot Board. Darrell is a graduate of Texas A&M University, He currently resides in Pasadena, Texas (within Precinct 2), where he was born and raised, with his wife Melody. They enjoy spending time with their three children and three grandchildren.

Sara Cronin, APR Vice President, Communications

Sara leads internal and external communications, focusing on marketing, employee engagement, media relations, and community investment. She has developed a charity golf tournament raising over $1.7 million for non-profits and a scholarship program awarding over $1 million to students. Her career began at Neumann Roussel Public Relations, contributing to the opening of the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library. She’s President of the TPC All for One Foundation, holds positions with the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce and Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and has been recognized as one of Houston's 50 Most Influential Women.

Nicolas Jimenez Senior Director of Government Affairs,

Nicolas is responsible for regulatory, political, and public policy matters at Comcast, while serving as a community ambassador. Previously, he led Comcast’s government affairs efforts in South Metro Denver and Southern Colorado. He joined Comcast in 2007 as an intern. Before that, he successfully ran a small business while obtaining his BBA from Temple University. In addition to his service with Precinct2gether, Nicolas serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Houston Public Library Foundation. Originally from Puerto Rico, he lives in Houston with his wife and their three children.

Lindsay is a Partner at Whitmire & Munoz LLC, a women-owned public affairs firm in Houston. With a focus on local and state governments in the Greater Houston area, she previously served as VP of Public Policy and Advocacy at the Greater Houston Partnership. Her career also includes roles at AT&T and the Houston Association of REALTORS. Lindsay is a 2019 Director of The Texas Lyceum and has been recognized by Texas Executive Women and the Houston Business Journal. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she lives in Houston with her husband, Dr. Jean-Philippe Munoz, and their son, Jack.

Bobby serves on various boards within the community, including the Fire Fighters Foundation of Houston, Houston First Corporation, Mayor Brown’s AAPI board, the Mayoral Advisory Board for International Affairs and Development, and Precinct2gether. He has also worked closely with the Houston Police Department to provide training to cadets in American-Sikh and Asian community relations. Additionally, Bobby is the Regional Director of the Sikh American Legal Defense Fund and is a Founding Charter Member of the Indus Entrepreneurs Houston Chapter. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Florida State University.

As a member of the Board, I will actively contribute to the leadership and governance of Precinct2gether. I will support the organization's mission by providing strategic guidance and oversight in collaboration with fellow board members. I commit to reviewing outcomes and metrics that evaluate our impact and regularly measuring our performance against those metrics.

I understand that as a board member, it is my responsibility to review agenda items and supporting materials prior to board and committee meetings. Additionally, I will actively participate in discussions regarding PRECINCT2GETHER's annual budget, audit reports, material business decisions, as well as assist in identifying potential new board members.

Furthermore, I pledge to represent PRECINCT2GETHER diligently by acting as an ambassador for the organization among stakeholders. It is important for me to ensure that PRECINCT2GETHER maintains a diverse board and staff that reflects the communities we serve.

In line with PRECINCT2GETHER's expectation for philanthropic support from its Board Members, I commit to making an annual gift that reflects my capacity. This contribution will enable PRECINCT2GETHER to confidently seek contributions from foundations, organizations, and individuals who share our vision.
