Our daily wellness programming focuses on fostering social engagement and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Our goal is to reduce food insecurity and support the health and independence of older adults. Through our Thrive 55+ initiative, we provide nourishing meal services and nutrition education that promote wellness and connection—one meal at a time.
Congregate Meals: Enjoy hot meals in a welcoming, social environment. Our group dining programs give seniors the opportunity to share a meal, build friendships, and combat social isolation.
Homebound Meals: For seniors who can’t attend in-person programs, we bring the comfort of a hot, nutritious meal straight to their door, along with a friendly check-in to make sure everything’s okay.
Harvest2gether: Fresh, local produce and eggs are made accessible to seniors through this seasonal program, bringing the benefits of the farmer’s market right to the community.
Nutrition Education: Empowering older adults with the knowledge to make healthy food choices, read nutrition labels, and prepare balanced meals at home. Our classes support long-term wellness and independence.
Stay energized and active with group fitness options designed just for seniors — including low-impact aerobics, chair yoga, walking clubs, and dance classes. These sessions encourage movement, mobility, and fun with friends.
From bingo and dominoes to Senior Olympics and Prom to themed parties and talent showcases, there’s always something happening to bring older adults together for meaningful connection, fun, and lifelong memories.
Take charge of your well-being with on-site screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol — plus informative workshops on nutrition, fall prevention, and managing chronic conditions. Visit a Access2Health Kiosk near you.
We team up with local organizations to bring you gardening classes, cooking demos, cultural celebrations, and more. It’s a great way to learn something new and stay engaged.
