Chris leads a team of 183 who manage10 community centers, 55 parks, and over 3,500 acres of parkland. With over 28 years of experience in parks and recreation, he excels in facilities management, project management, and budget oversight. Chris has introduced innovative programs like the Grow Tower initiative, providing fresh vegetables to underserved seniors, and Agents of Discovery, an interactive application that enhances community engagement via smartphones. Chris is an alumnus of Leadership Houston Class XLII and is actively involved with TRAPS and NRPA park associations. He holds a Master’s in Park Administration and is committed to creating accessible, inclusive spaces. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and three grandchildren.

With over 17 years at Harris County Precinct 2, Chara has spearheaded programs for youth, seniors, and veterans, overseeing critical divisions such as Healthcare & Social Services. She established the county's first Health Services division within a precinct, earning national recognition for the Access2Health initiative, which provides screening and preventative care to residents. A licensed professional counselor supervisor and registered play therapist, Chara possesses over 20 years of mental health expertise. She is also actively engaged in community service, serving on various boards and committees dedicated to improving health outcomes for minorities.

Tiffany is a dynamic leader specializing in professional development, operational efficiency, and organizational culture. With experience at Fortune 500 companies such as Capital One, Samsung, and Verizon, she has effectively delivered consulting and training programs that enhance business outcomes. In her role at Precinct 2, Tiffany oversees financial operations, aligning grants, expenses, and revenue with community initiatives. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Management and Community Development from Prairie View A&M University and is dedicated to fostering sustainable community impact through strategic leadership and tailored programs.
