Introduction
The East Harris County Senior Citizens (EHCSC) program was founded in 1975 as a response to the needs of the citizens of Precinct Two. County funding was not available for certain services therefore a non-profit organization was formed with funds from donations and fund-raisers. In 1993 the program was expanded to encompass citizens residing in nursing homes. In November 2007, an Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was filed formally changing the name of the organization to Precinct2gether, Inc., thereby broadening its scope of community services.

A 14-member Board of Directors oversees this 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

All persons will be treated fairly and equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, familial status, disability, national origin, or source of income.
